Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation. All parcels require a signature so if we are unable to deliver, you will need to visit your nearest Post Office Collection point. Details of this will be left by the postman. We use Special Delivery services to avoid losses but please allow 2-4 days to allow payment to clear before we make the shipment. Please allow an extra 7 working days for delivery of personalised items.
Delivery is priced at £8 to all UK addresses and outside the UK is charged at £15. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery outside the UK.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within 24 hours. If you do cancel your order within 24 hours, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
You may return your item to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (less postage) or exchange, provided they are in their original state, unworn and unwashed with their tags attached. Items which have been worn, washed or are damaged in any way will invalidate this offer.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please let us know the size you wish exchange it for and this will be dispatched once the unsuitable item has been returned. Personalised items are non-refundable.
If you believe an item to be faulty, you may return it for a full refund. If you intend to return any item, please contact us first by e-mail, giving your contact details and order number. We strongly advise using a signed for delivery when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for any returns that are lost in the post.
